Tried another recipe out of the new Farmer's Almanac cookbook today!
Carrot Cake with Creamy Pineapple Filling...
It has three layers of carrot-pineapple cake goodness, with two layers of sweet-pineapple-buttery gooeyness, and a generous layer of smooth-cream cheesy-orange frosting! And I can't forget about the sprinkle of toasted walnuts on top!
I am thinking this cookbook is a keeper!
